We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic person, who wants to make a difference in the way the brand communicates with our followers, bringing a differential value to the market.

The Social Media Specialist will be supported on a daily basis by the Marketing Director, with whom she will be aligned on the department's strategy.

Requirements

  • Studies: Community Manager, Social Media, Marketing
  • Office skills
  • Well organised and detail oriented
  • Proactive and solution oriented mind-set
  • Very high level of English (most social media posts are in English)

Responsibilities

As a Social Media Specialist Intern, your duties will be:

  • Plan and prepare the company's social media strategy, providing it with a professional and differentiating approach.
  • Aligning with the company's marketing strategy and objectives, with its actions.

  • Monitor frequent actions, checking whether the planned objectives are being met (number of followers, growth by market, ER, etc).
  •  Analyse the evolution of the main competitors.
  • Knowing the situation in the market and the needs of customers.
  • Maintain a fluid relationship with the marketing team to coordinate the actions to be communicated quickly and accurately. 
  • Keep informed about market trends and best practices in the use of social networks, especially Linkedin, and propose them to the team. 
  • Respond and react to followers' comments on Linkedin and Twitter.
  • Collaborate with the team on a contingency plan in the event of an online reputation crisis.
  • Participate in the preparation and analysis of quarterly objectives related to Social Media.

Other information and process

  • Starting date: immediate incorporation.
  • Availability to join us under an internship agreement (4 hours per day).
  • Approximate salary (for 4 hours/day) - 350 €/month
